    Candidates from major political parties in the joint Karimnagar district filed nominations for the parliamentary constituencies on the second day of the general election nomination process. BJP leader Banda Ramana Reddy submitted nomination papers for Karimnagar Parliamentary candidate Bandi Sanjay to District Election Officer, Collector Pamela Satpathy.

    In addition, Koppula Eshwar and Gaddam Vamsi Krishna filed two sets of nomination papers each on behalf of the BRS Party and the Congress Party respectively. Konkati Lingamurthy also filed one set of nomination papers for the Peddapalli seat on behalf of the BRS party. The nomination process will continue until April 25, with candidates using this opportunity to showcase their strength.

    Candidates are filing one set of nominations initially, followed by organizing a rally to file another set with more grandeur. Chief leaders of the respective parties are being invited to these events. Major parties are planning massive meetings in the Lok Sabha constituencies on April 26. BJP and Congress candidates are inviting their party’s national leaders, while BRS is planning road shows with party chief KCR, working president KTR, and MLA Harish Rao.

    Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will also attend a large public meeting organized by the Congress party in the joint district soon. With the campaigning styles of these chief leaders, the election frenzy is expected to intensify in all Assembly segments.
