BRS Working President and former Minister KTR announced that the party plans to take legal action against MLAs who have left the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). KTR stressed that the party is determined to fight a legal battle in Delhi over the disqualification of these defecting leaders.

He mentioned that the BRS has organized a meeting with senior representatives to seek advice from constitutional experts. KTR confirmed that a formal case will soon be filed in the Supreme Court. He is confident that these experts will clarify the disqualification issues within a month, which may lead to by-elections in Telangana.

The BRS leadership is intensifying efforts to pursue legal action against the party members who have switched sides. Under KTR’s leadership, senior party members are holding discussions with prominent lawyers in Delhi to plan their next steps.
