Nirmal: Former municipal chairman Appala Ganesh rejoins BJP
In a significant development, Appala Ganesh, former municipal chairman of Nirmal, has returned to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). On Wednesday, Minister Indrakaran Reddy, who holds portfolios of Forest, Environment, Justice, and Endowments, welcomed Ganesh into the BJP at a rally held in Divya Garden. Ganesh, along with ward councilors and former councilors, was invited to join the BJP. They rode in a massive bike rally from Bail Bazaar to Divya Garden.
Speaking at the event, Chief Minister KCR emphasized that Telangana is leading the nation in terms of development and welfare programs. He mentioned that this path of progress has also attracted prominent leaders from various parties, including Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, to join the BJP.
Furthermore, the recent induction of Ganesh into the party has brought new energy to the development of Nirmal district. Ganesh expressed his happiness at returning to his former party and stated that together they will work towards further enhancing the growth of Nirmal town.
Several prominent leaders attended the program, including BJP district president Nirmal Reddy, MLA Vital Reddy, MLC Dandu Veerender Reddy, JCB Chairman Vijayalakshmi Reddy, District Library Chairperson Erravothu Rajendar, District Farmers’ Coordination Committee Chairman Venkatram Reddy, and Nirmal Town BJP President Marugonda Rama and others.
New Joinees in the BJP
Among those who joined the BJP along with Appala Ganesh are councilors Katthi Narendra, Sandla Sreedhar, former councilors Chandupatla Ravi, Tota Narsayya, Gopu Gopi, Nell Arun Kumar, Saqeer, Aleem, and Appala Prabhakar. Additionally, several youth from various political backgrounds and members of cultural organizations have also joined the BJP.
The return of Appala Ganesh to the BJP is expected to strengthen the party’s position in Nirmal district and contribute to its further development. With the support of these new members, the BJP aims to continue its work towards the welfare and progress of the region.
