Health and Finance Minister T Harish Rao expressed his gratitude towards Mufti Gayasuddin, the President of Jamiatul Ulama Hind- TS and AP, and Mufti Zuber, the General Secretary, for this gesture.

Harish Rao emphasized that despite being in a coalition with the central government, the BRS has no affiliation with the BJP. He mentioned that the State government is continuously fighting against the BJP.

He pointed out that if there were ties between the BRS and BJP, why would the Governor reject bills sent by the BRS. Harish Rao praised Chief Minister KCR for consistently working in the best interests of the State. He mentioned KCR’s rejection of a proposal by Nirmala Sitharaman to install meters, as it would burden farmers.
