Nagpur: The Gulabi Party wave is spreading in Maharashtra. BRS, the leader of the party, and CM KCR have set up a permanent office for the party in Marathwada. Today, they inaugurated the party’s permanent office in Nagpur. The entire city of Nagpur is filled with the color pink. Flexes, hoardings, and banners of BRS have been placed everywhere. CM KCR’s picture along with the slogan ‘Abki Baar Kisan Sarkar’ can also be seen on the hoardings. The party leaders have beautifully decorated the Maharashtra BRS building constructed in the spacious Gandhi Bagh in the city.
The farmers and people there are demanding the implementation of Telangana’s model in their state. Within just five months, BRS has created a huge impact on Maharashtra politics and is challenging the government of Eknath Shinde. The state government there has been shaken by the small gathering led by CM KCR himself. In a farmer-friendly move, it has been announced in the assembly that Rs 6 per acre will be provided as assistance to farmers annually. Various farmer organizations and many independent organizations in Maharashtra have merged into BRS.
With the slogan ‘Abki Baar Kisan Sarkar’, CM KCR has attracted farmers, youth, and women to join the Gulabi Party. Former MPs, MLAs, ZP chairmen, and ZPTCs have also joined the BRS party. Recently, NCPI state vice president Ghanashyam Shellar switched to the party in front of CM KCR. Along with him, several prominent leaders from Ahmednagar have also joined BRS.
