Leaders from the City BRS party are going to the AIMIM party office in Darussalam to ask Asaduddin Owaisi, the party chief, to recommend their names for elections. The ruling party has not yet announced its nominees for Goshamahal and Nampally constituencies. There are many people vying for the ticket from these constituencies, including former MLA Prem Singh Rathore and party leader Gaddam Srinivas Yadav.

Interestingly, BRS leaders have been seen at the MIM office, requesting Owaisi’s recommendation. During the 2018 Assembly elections, Owaisi openly supported Prem Singh Rathore in Goshamahal constituency. Anand Goud from Jambagh, who is seeking votes from Goshamahal, has also approached the MIM party. The BRS leaders believe that if Owaisi recommends their names, it will improve their chances of getting the ticket and gain minority votes.

The BRS will not announce the candidate until the BJP decides on its nominee. It remains to be seen who will be chosen to receive the tickets this time.
