Pallayya also criticized former MLA Sampath Kumar. He questioned Kumar’s qualifications to inaugurate the Tummilla Lift Project. According to Pallayya, MLA Vijayudu, who was elected with a significant majority and public support, should have the authority for such events.

Reflecting on the past, Pallayya mentioned how former minister Harish Rao showed respect to Sampath Kumar by inviting him to inaugurate the Tummilla project pylon during the TRS government in 2014. He accused the current Congress government of not respecting elected representatives and ignoring proper protocols.

Additionally, he requested the government to set up a B.Ed college, improve educational infrastructure, and create a bus depot to enhance transportation and road facilities for every village.

Pallayya concluded by challenging the Congress government to show even a single project initiated in the Alampur constituency over the past 60 years. He demanded tangible development for the region.
