    Hyderabad: BJP Mahila Morcha state president Dr Shilpa Reddy criticized the Congress-led State government for not keeping their promises to women even after seven months in power. She said that the Congress party’s promises and assurances have not been fulfilled, showing a lack of commitment to the women of Telangana.

    Speaking to the media on Sunday, Dr. Reddy pointed out the State government and Congress’s lack of a clear plan regarding the promises made to women. She demanded immediate action against those who commit crimes against women and children in the state. The BJP Mahila Morcha will continue to fight until the State government fulfills its promises. To bring attention to the failures of the State government, the Mahila Morcha will hold protests on July 9.

    Overall, Dr. Reddy emphasized the importance of holding the government accountable for its promises and ensuring the safety and well-being of women and children in Telangana.
