The Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from the Yakutpura constituency, N Veerender Babu Yadav, is confident about winning the upcoming elections with the help of his manifesto and the motto “sabka saath sabka vikas.” He is focused on promoting infrastructural development and has been campaigning in various divisions, such as Dabeerpura, Kurmaguda, Santoshnagar, and I S Sadan. Yadav is addressing the concerns and needs of the public by going door-to-door in localities and asking for their support in the elections.

Yadav is challenging the AIMIM party in this segment, which has been their stronghold for several terms. He recently campaigned in minority-populated areas with the Chairman of the Goa Haj Committee, Shir Urfan Mulla. Yadav believes that despite the Majlis party holding the seat for the past 25 years, there has been a lack of infrastructural development, educational institutions, and healthcare facilities in the area.

He has received a positive response from citizens in minority areas, indicating their desire for development that the ruling party has failed to provide. Yadav has been reaching out to different communities and conducting “padayatras” to understand the ground-level problems and people’s grievances.

Yadav acknowledges that major infrastructural development has been neglected in the constituency. However, he is confident that people will support him for the betterment of the area. If elected, Yadav promises to establish a government hospital and educational institutions, including a degree college, within six months.
