Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka stressed the importance of new constructions supporting environmental concerns. He hoped that green construction would set new industry standards. Speaking at a green property show in the city, he stated that upcoming constructions should aim to save 50% water and 40% power. He assured government support for such initiatives and emphasized the need for affordable housing for the common man.
Bhatti mentioned that Hyderabad remains a top destination for global investors due to its favorable environment, water and power supply, land availability, security, and supportive government. He highlighted the significance of completing the Regional Ring Road to enhance connectivity and spur growth in the state.
Attending an event focused on social responsibility, Bhatti expressed satisfaction and pleasure in participating in Hyderabad hosting the only green property show in the country. He also mentioned the government’s efforts to prevent power cuts and upcoming plans for an integrated power policy. Additionally, he discussed the inauguration of a 10.5 MW solar power plant in Kothagudem and plans to establish more solar facilities across the state.
