Bhaskar Reddy & Uday Kumar Reddy’s bail pleas dismissed by HC

The argument made by the petitioners’ senior counsel, T Niranjan Reddy, that the investigating officer can seek bail cancellation if witnesses are threatened or influenced, was not accepted. After considering these factors and reviewing the case file, the court dismissed the bail petitions due to the serious allegations against the petitioners.
