The Bhadrachalam Sitaramachandraswamy Devasthanam, also known as South Ayodhya, is now offering more online services and has started a major computerization drive. Devotees can now book accommodation online, and this service has been available since Wednesday.
Since L Ramadevi became the Executive Officer of the temple, she has been prioritizing better facilities for the devotees. On August 11, Anil Kumar, the Endowment Commissioner, officially launched the services and the website for Devasthanam accommodation services. The booking services have been rolling out since Wednesday.
The temple offers 16 AC cottages within the Devasthanam, as well as AC and non-AC rooms in Sri Rama Nilayam, Soumitri, and Sri Ramasadanam. The TTD-built accommodation complex, costing Rs 5 crore, will soon be available for online room bookings. The ongoing works of Janaki Sadan will also be included in the online service once they are completed.
There has been a positive response to the online pooja services, with 24 types of poojas and services available online. Online tickets for the Abhishekam conducted on Sundays are also available. Some special tickets are reserved for VVIPs and VIPs.
To provide the best services to devotees, the facilities are being modernized. Grievance boxes have been placed on the temple premises and at central offices for feedback and prompt resolution of any grievances.
