    Field Verification and Complaint Mechanism

During the meeting, the Collector emphasized the importance of completing field verification for the schemes within the timeline set by the government. He also addressed complaints related to the Indiramma House Survey conducted by the Telangana State government. Beneficiaries with objections can call the toll-free number 18004251939 to register their complaints. A dedicated complaints center has been set up at the Collectorate office, operating from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    Rythu Bharosa Implementation Guidelines

The Collector provided detailed instructions for the implementation of the Rythu Bharosa scheme. Assistance will be provided to patta holders based on the area of cultivable land registered in the Bhubharati (Dharani) portal. Non-cultivable lands, including those converted into housing, real estate, industrial use, or mining, will be excluded from the scheme.

At the mandal level, Tahsildars and Mandal Agricultural Officers will oversee the identification of lands, which will be conducted in each revenue village. Local teams, including the Revenue Inspector and Agricultural Extension Officer (AEO), will assist in this process. Pattadars will visit villages with necessary documents like passbook printouts, village maps, and Google maps to identify non-agricultural lands.

    Approval Process for Land Identification

Once the list of non-agricultural lands is prepared, it will be displayed at the Gram Sabha, where it will be read out, discussed, and approved by the community. The finalized list will then be digitally registered in the Bhubharati (Dharani) portal and signed by the concerned officer.

    Issuance of New Ration Cards

The meeting also addressed the process for granting new ration cards. A list of families without ration cards, prepared based on the Caste Census (SEEEPC) survey, is currently under field inspection by district officials. At the mandal level, the Municipal Commissioner and MPDO/ULB will manage the process, while the Additional Collector (Revenue) and DCSO will supervise it at the district level.

The meeting highlighted the importance of coordination and adherence to timelines to ensure the successful implementation of these welfare schemes, benefiting eligible citizens across the district.
