Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, spoke about the recent Delhi election results. He said that the people of Delhi strongly rejected the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) by “sweeping them away with a broom.” He added that voters want democratic governance. He made these remarks during a BJP graduates’ Sankalpa Yatra in Karimnagar on Saturday.
Bandi Sanjay was joined by fellow Union Minister Kishan Reddy as they campaigned for BJP MLC candidate Anji Reddy. In his speech, he pointed out that people are becoming more frustrated with corruption, scams, and “prison parties.” He suggested that these issues played a role in AAP’s defeat in Delhi.
He also expressed confidence in the BJP’s growing strength in Delhi. He stated that the party’s saffron flag would soon fly in the national capital. Additionally, he predicted that the BJP would win the three MLC seats currently being contested in Telangana.
Sanjay Kumar urged intellectuals, state employees, and teachers to “think and vote.” He stressed that the BJP is committed to addressing public concerns in the Legislative Assembly. His statements highlight the party’s efforts to build support for upcoming elections in Telangana and beyond.
