    Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar called former Finance Minister T Harish Rao a good politician, but said he would have to leave his party if he wanted to join the BJP. Bandi made these comments while speaking to the media in Karimnagar about rumors of a possible merger between BRS and BJP.

    Bandi criticized BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao for not being able to stop his MLAs from joining Congress and sending BRS leaders to Delhi. He accused Congress of spreading false news about a merger with BJP to distract people from their promises. Bandi also mentioned that BJP members in Telangana have not forgotten the harassment they faced under the KCR regime.

    The BJP national general secretary stated that the party will not form an alliance with Congress due to their past actions. He pointed out that people had elected eight BJP candidates as MPs in the previous elections, showing their support. Bandi criticized Congress for manipulating people’s mandates by claiming BRS MLAs were joining for development purposes.

    Bandi warned that people are starting to see through Congress’s false promises and mentioned the ongoing student protests in Ashoknagar as an example. He cautioned CM A Revanth Reddy about pending fee reimbursements for private engineering colleges, highlighting the financial struggles faced by students and institutions.
