    Bamboo shrubs captured in fire

    Hanumakonda: Bamboo shrubs in the Kakatiya Vana Vihar, a metropolitan lung area, at Elkathurthy town in Hanumakonda area ignited onMonday According to woodland authorities, the rubbing in between the bamboo groves may have stired up fire. The ran out fallen leaves and also weed resulted in the spread of fire. The bamboo and also eucalyptus were grown some 20 years back.

    It’s found out that the woodland authorities attempted to splash the fire by spraying water brought by the water vessels. When they stopped working to manage the fire, they mobilized the fireman. The fireman brought the fires in control. Of the complete 5.5 hectare, almost one hectare of the bamboo shrubs was captured in fire. FRO B Mayuri claimed that disallowing bamboo groves there was no damages to various other components of the park.

    It might be pointed out right here that the Forest Department established the park in the stretching 90 acres abutting NH-563 (Warangal-Karimnagar road), 20 kilometres from Hanumakonda area head office, with an expense of Rs greater than Rs 1.50 crore. It was ushered in on January 12, 2022. The park has strolling track, play location for kids, open fitness center, commodes and also seating plans under Pagoda like frameworks.
