    To celebrate Agrasen Jayanti, the Manasarovarsakha branch of Agrawal Samaj Telangana held a badminton tournament on Sunday. The event was attended by Narsi Reddy, the founder-CEO of IRA Realty Tech.

    Despite closing online registrations on September 30, the tournament received a tremendous response and even accepted registrations on the day of the event. A total of 175 participants played 162 matches in various categories.

    National players Kritika Mittal, Diyansh Agarwal, and Asmit Agarwal were present to encourage and motivate the participants. Winners in each category received cash prizes, certificates, medals, and trophies.

    The event’s main objective was to inspire and promote sports within the community in hopes of nurturing national-level players. Last year, around 100 people participated in the same event, but this year saw an overwhelming response, with even senior citizens taking part.

    The tournament was attended by Manish Agarwal, the president of Agrawal Samaj, Purshotam Agarwal, the chief convener and vice-president, Anjani Kumar, the former president, and Rakesh Jalan, the sport committee chairman.
