The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) sold 133 plots in the Bachupally area near the Outer Ring Road (ORR) in the second phase of an online auction. Many people attended the pre-bid meeting held on Monday to learn more about the available plots. Officials noted that the HMDA’s Bachupally layout received a remarkable response.
HMDA Secretary Chandraiah highlighted that the public is giving positive feedback on the layouts created by HMDA without any controversy. Representatives from Central Public Sector Enterprise MSTC attended and explained the priorities of the Bachupally layout. They also gave a PowerPoint presentation on Bachupally layout and explained how to participate in the online auction.
Overall, the sale of plots in Bachupally has been successful, and the HMDA is pleased with the response.
