Tragic Road Accident in Adilabad District Claims Several Lives
Adilabad: A severe road accident occurred in Adilabad district on Saturday. An unidentified vehicle collided with an auto-rickshaw near Mekalagandi in Gudihatnur Mandal. As a result, four passengers traveling in the auto-rickshaw were killed on the spot. Another five individuals sustained severe injuries in this accident.
Upon receiving the news, the police rushed to the scene and provided immediate assistance. The injured were rushed to Adilabad RIMS Hospital for medical treatment. It was reported that the accident took place when the auto-rickshaw, carrying ten passengers from Shantinagar, was on its way to Adilabad. The police have registered a case and are currently investigating the incident.
