Australian billionaire Gina Rinehart praised India’s economic progress and called for stronger India-Australia relations during a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other Australian business leaders in Sydney. Rinehart, former CEO of Fortescue Metals Group, said that Australia needs to work harder to develop its relations with India. John Andrew Henry Forrest, the former CEO of Fortescue Metals Group, also met with PM Modi and invited him to be the global government partner and the global industry partner to promote green hydrogen across the world. Paul Schroder, CEO of AustralianSuper, also met with PM Modi and said that AustralianSuper invests in India and has had a good experience in investing there. PM Modi is in Sydney for a bilateral meeting with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
