    Today, the gold and silver rates in Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai have remained stable. The gold rates for 10 grams of 22-carat gold in Delhi are at Rs. 55,850 and Rs. 60,910 for 10 grams of 24-carat gold. In Chennai, the gold rate for 10 grams of 22 carats is at Rs. 56,300 and Rs. 61,420 for 10 grams of 24 carats.

    Similarly, in Kolkata, the gold rate for 10 grams of 22-carat gold is at Rs. 55,700 and Rs. 60,760 for 10 grams of 24-carat gold. In Mumbai, the gold rates for 10 grams of 22-carat and 24-carat gold are the same at Rs. 55,700 and Rs. 60,760 respectively. The silver rates in Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai are at Rs. 76,100 and in Chennai, it is at Rs. 80,500 per kilogram.

    The gold and silver rates are subject to change every day at 8 am. The fluctuation in gold rates can be due to various reasons such as international market currency prices, inflation, gold reserves at central banks, their interest rates, and the jewellery market which can impact gold rates.
