The possibility of a BJP-BJD alliance in Odisha has been ruled out by Union Ministers Bhupender Yadav and Arjun Munda. After Union Home Minister Amit Shah praised Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik during his visit to Odisha, there has been speculation about a potential alliance between the two parties. However, Munda stated that there is no chance of a BJP-BJD tie-up now or in the future. He also mentioned that the BJP will be contesting the elections on its own, as they did in the previous elections. The Modi government aims to promote the rapid development of all states through collective efforts.
