    In a new partnership between the University of Leicester and The Apollo University, a computer science program is being launched. Students will start their studies at The Apollo University in Chittoor, AP for two years before completing their final year at the University of Leicester in the UK. The goal is to prepare 120 students for the first cohort, with a curriculum jointly developed by both universities. Eligible students must have achieved a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics during their Intermediate or diploma studies.

    Professor Henrietta O’Connor, Provost and deputy vice-chancellor of the University of Leicester, expressed excitement about the partnership with the Apollo Hospitals Group. She believes that through education and research, real-world changes can be made, especially in healthcare and data science. This collaboration has the potential to transform the healthcare industry in the future.
