The Andhra Pradesh High Court has postponed the hearing on former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s bail petition in the skill scam case to October 19. Naidu’s lawyer requested more time to present their argument, and the court granted their request. Previously, the ACB special court in Vijayawada had rejected Naidu’s bail petition, so he decided to file a petition in the high court instead.

In addition, the Supreme Court will also be hearing further arguments on Tuesday regarding Naidu’s quash petition. The bench, consisting of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Bela Trivedi, will be presiding over the case. The AP-CID, on the other hand, has assured the Supreme Court that Naidu will not be arrested in the Fibernet scam case until October 18, 2023. As a result, the court has scheduled the next hearing for Naidu’s quash petition in the skill development scam case on Tuesday.
