Cordial Relations Between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Congress Leaders Continue

Former Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President G Rudra Raju, along with Congress leader Rudra Raju Padmaraju and several district-level leaders, were spotted at the Assembly premises. They visited the chambers of various ministers, exchanging pleasantries and addressing personal matters.

“We share long-standing friendships with Cabinet Ministers like Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, IT and Industry Minister D Sridhar Babu, Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, and Medical and Health Minister Damodara Rajanarasimha. The Assembly session is a great opportunity to meet all of them in one place and handle personal work efficiently,” said a Congress leader from the Rayalaseema district.

Among those who visited was S Uday Bhanu, a close aide of former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy and a government whip during the 2004-2009 YSR Government. Representing the Jaggaiahpet Assembly constituency, Uday Bhanu recently joined the Jana Sena party after leaving Congress and the YSR Congress. Despite this, he has maintained warm relations with his former Congress colleagues and used the Assembly session to reconnect with them.

Andhra Pradesh Congress leaders have emphasized the importance of maintaining good relations with Telangana ministers and senior party members. They believe this support is crucial for strengthening the party in Andhra Pradesh. Telangana ministers, in turn, have been proactive in addressing the personal and party-related concerns of their Andhra counterparts.

The Congress Legislative Party (CLP) office has been facilitating meetings between Andhra leaders and Telangana ministers during the Assembly session. This coordination has further strengthened the longstanding ties between the two groups.
