The first group of 116 Agniveers finished their 24-week training under the Agnipath program of the defense ministry. This happened at AOC Center in Hyderabad, and Brigadier Ajeet Ashok Deshpande, Commandant of Army Ordnance Corps Centre, was the chief guest during their passing out parade.
The parade celebrated not only the completion of their training but also marked the beginning of their new journey in the Indian army. During his speech, the Commandant encouraged the new soldiers to continue honing their skills and develop a strong foundation of knowledge, willingness to learn, and commitment to excel in their respective careers. He also urged them to uphold the Army’s core values of Duty, Honour, and Courage in pursuit of nation-building.
