Early Diwali celebrations took place with great enthusiasm at Alphores Smart School in Mancherial town on Tuesday.
A special pooja was performed to honor Goddess Lakshmi. As part of the celebration, a lamp-decorating competition was organized for parents, adding to the festive spirit.
The school’s chairman, Dr. V Narender Reddy, spoke about the importance of Diwali in everyone’s lives. He explained to the students the unique significance of the festival.
Dr. Reddy highlighted that by celebrating Diwali, people worship Goddess Lakshmi and receive blessings. He also emphasized the need to celebrate the festival in an eco-friendly way, reminding students of their responsibility to protect the environment as future citizens of India.
The event saw active participation from the principal, teachers, parents, and students, all of whom joined in the celebrations with great enthusiasm.
