Tollywood actor Allu Arjun has filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court. He is asking for the dismissal of a case against him related to the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections. The case was registered in Nandyal because of a rally that was conducted without permission.

The incident happened when Allu Arjun visited the house of Shilpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy, a YSRCP candidate, in Nandyal. He went there to show his support during the elections. A large crowd gathered to see the actor, and officials said the rally didn’t have the necessary approvals. The police registered a case against both Allu Arjun and Shilpa Ravi after receiving a complaint from the Returning Officer. The case was filed under IPC Section 188, which deals with disobeying lawful orders. It is listed as Crime Number 71/2024.
