The Telangana High Court allowed Allu Arjun temporary relief after his legal team argued that he was not directly responsible for the unfortunate event. Earlier, the court had refused to dismiss the FIR filed against him, advising him to seek bail instead. As part of the interim bail conditions, Allu Arjun was required to sign a bond of Rs. 50,000.

This temporary bail provides the actor with freedom while investigations into the case continue. He had been charged under Sections 105, 118(1), and 3/5 of the BNS Act, which could result in severe penalties if he is found guilty.

The stampede reportedly took place during what has been described as an unplanned visit by the actor to the theatre, leading to chaos among the crowd. While the court’s decision offers some relief to Allu Arjun and his supporters, the legal process is still ongoing, and the case remains unresolved.
