Gadwal: Ieeja Municipality, July 26, 2024 – Leaders from all political parties in Ieeja Municipality visited the construction site of the Pedda Vagu bridge. This bridge is important because it connects the old bus stand to the new bus stand. However, the construction has been delayed, causing frustration among the local residents.

The leaders blamed the slow progress on the negligence of officials and political leaders. They pointed out that the construction had stopped for several days. But, thanks to the recent visit by all-party leaders, the project is now back on track.

During their visit, the leaders warned the officials to speed up the construction. They said that if the bridge is not completed soon, they will organize continuous protests until the work is finished.
