    A large-scale protest march took place in Alampur organized by SKM (Samyukta Kisan Morcha). The march aimed to oppose the anti-democratic and anti-farmer policies of the Central Government. During the protest, the following demands were made:

    1. Repeal the three anti-farmer laws introduced by the Central Government.
    2. Provide fair prices for farm produce and implement the recommendations of the Swami Nathan Committee, which includes fixing the support price at fifty percent of the investment.
    3. Make changes to the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana scheme to benefit farmers.
    4. Abolish the four labor codes, increase the minimum wage to 26,000 rupees, and provide a pension of 10,000 rupees.
    5. Ensure job security by paying pending wages and implement the National Urban Employment Guarantee Act. Keep Railway, Defense, and Power sectors under government control.
    6. Abolish GST on essential goods to control price increases.
    7. Reduce excise duty on diesel, petrol, kerosene, and cooking gas. Fill vacancies in the central government immediately.
    8. Stop the outsourcing system and implement the old pension system for all employees.
    9. Provide 14 essential commodities to poor people through the public distribution system.
    10. Grant loan waivers to poor and middle-class farmers and provide pensions for those above the age of 60.
    11. Remove Union Minister Jaya Mishra from the cabinet and take appropriate action against him.

    The protest was held in front of the MP DO Office and led by GK Eedanna, the district president of Telangana Raitu Sangham Gadwal district. Various public associations, including CPM, Auto Workers Union, Anganwadi, Asha, Hamali Sangham, Drivers Union, and other unions participated in the protest.
