An Air India flight from Delhi to London was forced to return to the national capital after a male passenger caused physical harm to two cabin crew members on board. The 25-year-old passenger, identified as Jaskirat Singh, was deboarded and handed over to security personnel upon landing. An FIR has been lodged with the police. The flight had around 225 passengers and the male passenger was seated in 20E in the economy class. Despite verbal and written warnings, the passenger continued with unruly behaviour, prompting the use of restraining devices by the cabin crew. The pilot in command decided to return to Delhi due to the serious nature of the behaviour. The rescheduled flight departed for London in the afternoon. According to sources at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), a brawl occurred between the passenger and two crew members on board shortly after takeoff at around 6.35 am.
