The State government in Hyderabad has increased the maximum age limit for direct recruitment from 44 to 46 years, excluding the Uniform Services. This decision was made after receiving numerous requests from unemployed youth to relax the upper age limit and allow more eligible candidates to apply for various job positions. The government released a Government Order on February 8, which was made public on Monday. Additionally, the TSPSC (Telangana State Public Service Commission) has asked the government to further increase the age limit by two years, in addition to the previous ten-year increase mentioned in a previous Government Order.
