    Adilabad: District Level CM Cup 2024 Inaugurated

    District Collector Rajarshi Shah officially inaugurated the District Level CM Cup 2024 at the Indira Priyadarshini Stadium on Monday. The event marked the beginning of an exciting series of sports competitions aimed at showcasing young talent.

    During his speech, Collector Shah congratulated the students who successfully completed the CM Cup 2024 Games at the village and mandal levels. He encouraged the participants to aim for success in the state-level games, which are scheduled to take place from December 27 to January 2, and urged them to emerge as winners.

    The district-level competitions will span six days, from December 16 to 21. Students will compete in a variety of sports, including kabaddi, kho-kho, athletics, badminton, basketball, football, chess, boxing, swimming, and several other events.

    To kick off the games, the Collector performed the ceremonial toss and extended his best wishes to all the participants. The event was attended by key figures such as DYSO Venkateshwarlu, Sports Authority Officer Parthasarathy, Olympic Association president Govardhan Reddy, Bandaru Devanna, and others.
