District Collector BM Santhosh has ordered officials to address the issues raised during the IDOC in prajavani programme. A total of 150 issues were received, including 93 related to land problems and 57 related to other issues, from different parts of the district. The District Collector has instructed officials to prioritize and resolve these issues as quickly as possible. If the issues are beyond their scope, officials should provide a report to the applicants. The officials of various Mandals have been directed to resolve the issues without any delay.

In another development, farmers affected by the Bharath mala road project staged a protest against the land acquisition officials. They claimed that the officials failed to pay the full and final amount to the beneficiaries and demanded the construction of underpass roads where necessary. The farmers also alleged that the officials neglected the arbitration process and have submitted a request petition to the District Collector.
