    A yoga training program was held today in Hemachandrapuram to celebrate International Yoga Day. The program was organized for the officers and staff of the District Armed Reserve Police at the District Police Headquarters. Additional SP Operations T. Sai Manohar took part in the event.

    During the program, it was emphasized that practicing yoga can help in maintaining good health, reducing stress, and staying mentally and physically strong. It was mentioned that yoga is a valuable gift from India to the world. There are also plans to include yoga as a sport in the Olympics in the future. It was recommended to practice yoga for 15 minutes every day for best results.

    SB Inspector Nagaraju, MTO Sudhakar, RI Operations Ravi, Admin RI Lal Babu, Welfare RI Krishna Rao, RI Trainings Nageswara Rao, and other police officers and staff also participated in the program.
