Additional Collector Fyzan Ahmed Inaugurates Mahila Shakti Canteen in Nirmal
Additional Collector Fyzan Ahmed inaugurated the Mahila Shakti Canteen at the medical college in Nirmal town on Monday. During the event, he highlighted the importance of these canteens in empowering women. He explained that the initiative would help women’s self-help groups become financially independent and stronger.
Ahmed emphasized that the canteen must provide quality and hygienic food to medical students. He encouraged the students, faculty, and staff of the medical college to actively support the canteen by using its services. Their participation, he said, would contribute to the larger goal of women’s empowerment.
The event was attended by several officials and dignitaries, including District Lead Bank Manager Ram Gopal, Medical College Principal Srinivas, and MEPMA PD Subhash. Other staff members and participants also joined the program to show their support for the initiative.
