Sircilla: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has conducted raids at the Vemulawada Rajanna temple. These actions were taken after receiving complaints about corruption involving several officials working at the temple.

The ACB’s investigation focused on various departments within the temple administration. Concerns were raised about how the temple was being managed, leading to worries about the integrity of its operations.

In response, the temple’s Executive Officer (EO), Vinod Reddy, acted quickly. He ordered the transfer of 20 officials to different roles within the temple. This decision was made to ensure transparency and accountability in the temple’s management.

The allegations against the officials include misusing temple funds and engaging in other corrupt practices. These issues are particularly concerning because the temple is a major pilgrimage site that attracts thousands of devotees daily. The administration is responsible for handling large amounts of money from donations and offerings.

EO Vinod Reddy’s decision to transfer the officials is seen as an effort to clean up the administration and restore trust among the devotees. The temple authorities have promised to maintain transparency and integrity in their operations.

The ACB is still investigating to find out the full extent of the corruption. Depending on the findings, further actions may be taken. The temple administration has pledged to fully cooperate with the ACB to ensure a fair investigation.

The public is closely following these developments, hoping for a quick resolution to the corruption issues and a restoration of trust in the temple’s management.
