    In Hyderabad, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted raids on the homes of a Revenue Officer working for the Nizamabad Municipal Corporation. These raids uncovered a large amount of assets that the officer could not account for. The total value of these assets, which include both movable and immovable properties, is estimated to be over Rs 10 crore.

    The ACB has filed a case against Dasari Narendar, the government official who was in charge of revenue at the Nizamabad Municipal Corporation. It is alleged that he acquired these assets through corrupt practices and questionable means while serving in his position. During their search, ACB officials found Rs 2.93 crore in cash, a bank balance of Rs 1.10 crore in the names of his wife and mother, 51 tolas of gold valued at Rs 50 lakh, and 17 immovable properties worth Rs 1.9 crore at market value.

    Following the discovery of these disproportionate assets, the accused officer was arrested. He has been brought before the Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases Court in Hyderabad.
