    ABVP leader Balakrishna from Wanaparthy expressed his outrage at the violent treatment of ABVP State secretary Jhansi during a peaceful protest in Hyderabad. Jhansi was demonstrating in support of Guru Nanak and Srinidhi engineering students when she was arrested and allegedly tortured. Balakrishna criticized the police for their actions and demanded that the colleges responsible for making the students’ lives difficult be held accountable. He also called for the suspension of the police involved in Jhansi’s attack, and threatened to launch a State-level protest if action was not taken.
