The Telangana AamAadmi Party (TAAP) leaders gathered at Dharna Chowk at Tank Bund to participate in a nationwide fast protesting the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister and AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal. They were joined by other parties from the I.N.D.I.A bloc alliance like CPI, CPI(M), RSP, Congress, TJS, and Liberation Party.

The nationwide protests in support of Arvind Kejriwal saw AAP leaders gathering at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi to call for a collective fast. The Delhi unit convener Gopal Rai urged people to join the protest against Kejriwal’s arrest, which he claimed was part of a BJP conspiracy to undermine the AAP.
