    Hyderabad’s IT and Industries Minister, Sridhar Babu, has encouraged business leaders from the US state of Indiana to invest in Telangana. He highlighted the state’s business-friendly policies and called for stronger economic ties between the two regions.

    On Monday, Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales led a delegation to meet Minister Sridhar Babu at the Assembly Committee Hall. During their discussion, the minister explained how the Telangana government is working to promote industrial growth. He shared details about various incentives offered to investors and emphasized the state’s goal of becoming a trillion-dollar economy under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.

    Sridhar Babu also mentioned the agreements made at this year’s Davos Summit, where industrialists pledged to invest Rs 1.78 lakh crore in Telangana. He said the state is becoming a global hub for advanced technologies and is attracting interest from businesses worldwide. The government is dedicated to supporting innovative companies and entrepreneurs to build a strong business environment.

    The minister highlighted that major IT companies like Google and Microsoft have established large operations in Hyderabad. To strengthen the connection between education and industry, the Telangana government has launched the Young India Skills University. This university offers specialized courses designed in collaboration with industry experts and business leaders to prepare students for future job opportunities.
