    The SSC Public Examinations for Class X students will start on March 21, 2025. Students will get five extra minutes to enter the exam centers. The exams will begin at 9:30 am, and latecomers can enter until 9:35 am. This grace period has been followed in previous years as well.

    The exams will generally be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. However, there are some exceptions. The first language composite course exam will continue until 12:50 pm. The Physical Science and Biological Science exams will be on different days and will run from 9:30 am to 11:00 am.

    A new rule has been introduced this year regarding answer booklets. Instead of using multiple sheets, students will get a 24-page answer booklet. This change is meant to reduce the chances of losing pages and prevent cheating in the exam halls.

    A total of 5,09,403 students have registered for the exams. Among them, 4,97,341 are regular students, while 12,062 are private candidates. The exams will end on April 4, 2025.

    To ensure smooth conduct, the Directorate of Government Examinations has set up 2,650 exam centers. Each center will have a superintendent and officials to oversee the process. Answer scripts will be evaluated at 19 camps from April 7 to 15.

    Before evaluation, all officials and evaluators will attend a training session on March 24 to learn about barcoding and coding. Hall tickets have been sent to schools and can also be downloaded from the official website: https://bse.telangana.gov.in.

    Students are not allowed to bring electronic gadgets into the exam halls.
