The election for the Member of Legislative Council (MLC) seats under the MLA quota in Telangana has been completed. All five candidates were elected without any opposition.

From the Congress party, Addanki Dayakar, Shankar Naik, and Vijayashanti won their seats unopposed. CPI’s Nellikanti Satyam was also elected without any contest. Additionally, Dasoju Sravan secured an MLC seat representing the BRS.

Since there were no opposing candidates, the election process went smoothly. The unopposed election of these leaders shows a mutual agreement among political parties in the state assembly.
