Patients Suffer in Nagar Kurnool Hospital ICU Due to Broken ACs

Patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Nagar Kurnool District Government General Hospital are struggling because the air conditioners (ACs) are not working. Reports say that this issue has been going on for several months, but no action has been taken to fix it. As a result, none of the ACs in the ICU are functioning.

The hospital treats hundreds of outpatients every day and handles many emergency cases, especially at night. Patients with poisoning, burns, snake bites, and road accident injuries are often brought in. Many of these cases require ventilator support and intensive care treatment.

Without working ACs, the ICU has become extremely hot and uncomfortable. Poor ventilation and high temperatures are making it even harder for critically ill patients to recover. Those in life-threatening conditions are suffering the most due to the unbearable environment.

Despite the serious situation, hospital authorities have not taken any steps to fix the problem. This has led to growing frustration among patients and their families. The public is now urging health department officials to act immediately and restore proper conditions in the ICU.
