A shocking incident took place in the Vikarabad district of Telangana. A female student jumped from a building after allegedly being harassed by her teacher. The incident occurred on February 24 but was revealed only later.

Tabitha, a class 10 student, jumped from the first floor of the government social welfare hostel building. As a result, she suffered a broken leg. However, instead of informing the authorities, the hostel staff took her to a private hospital for treatment.

Reports suggest that the teachers threatened the girl, warning her that she would not be allowed to write her exams if she spoke about the incident. This delayed the matter from coming to light.

Once the student’s family learned about the situation, they filed a complaint with the police. The police have now registered a case and are investigating the matter. Meanwhile, several student groups have staged protests outside the school, demanding justice for Tabitha.
