Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy delivered a powerful speech at a public meeting in Wanaparthy, emphasizing his dedication to the development of the Palamuru region. He made it clear that he would not tolerate any obstacles in the way of progress. His speech strongly criticized political opponents while also highlighting his government’s achievements.
Reddy, who shares a deep connection with Wanaparthy, spoke about his personal and political journey. He credited the region for his success and assured the people that he would protect its pride by ensuring continuous development.
During his speech, he targeted the BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi) and BJP, accusing them of working together to criticize his government without making any real contributions to the state’s progress. He highlighted several initiatives taken by his administration, such as loan waivers for farmers, increased electricity supply, and free electricity for farmers and poor households.
The Chief Minister also spoke about his government’s efforts to empower women through self-help groups. On the same day, his administration provided ₹1000 crores in loans to these groups in Wanaparthy, which he described as a major step toward economic empowerment.
Reddy accused the BRS and BJP of trying to obstruct his government’s work, particularly in the areas of women’s empowerment and infrastructure development. He reaffirmed his commitment to Palamuru’s development, declaring, “I will not spare anyone who comes in the way of Palamuru’s development.”
Additionally, he criticized local BJP leader Kishan Reddy, accusing him of failing to secure important projects and funds for Telangana. He questioned Kishan Reddy’s absence from crucial meetings that could have benefited the state.
