    Yadadri Brahmotsavams set to begin today in Telangana

    Yadadri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, a famous pilgrimage site in Telangana, is set to begin its grand Brahmotsavam festival today. The temple is located just 50 km from Hyderabad and holds great religious significance. It is named after Sage Yada Maharshi, who is believed to have meditated here and had a divine vision of Lord Narasimha.

    The Brahmotsavam celebrations will last for ten days, featuring special prayers and rituals. On March 1st, devotees can take part in Swastivachaka, Rakshabandhan, and other worship ceremonies at 10 am. Later in the evening, at 6:30 pm, Mrutthika Prashanam and Ankurarpanam will be performed.

    On March 2nd, the rituals will continue with Agniprabha at 8 am, followed by Dhwajarohana at 11 am. The third day will include a Begi procession, Devatashrayana, and Havan at 6:30 pm.

    From March 4th to March 11th, many religious events will take place. These include Matsyavatara Alaknar Seva, Vedic Parayana, Sesha Vahana Seva, Kurmavatara Alaknar Seva, and Hamsa Vahana Seva. The highlight of the festival will be the Swami’s wedding and Deepa Utsavam on March 10th. The festival will conclude on March 11th with Mahapoornahuti and Shrangara Dolotsavam.

    Yadagirigutta Executive Officer Bhaskara Rao has invited all devotees to join the celebrations. A large number of devotees are expected to visit the temple and take part in these sacred traditions.
