    Antique Coin Exhibition Held at Nagarkurnool College

    Nagarkurnool: A special exhibition showcasing antique coins was held on Friday at the Government Arts & Commerce PG Degree College in Nagarkurnool. Additional SP Ch. Rameshwar was the chief guest and inaugurated the event.

    During the exhibition, Additional SP Rameshwar carefully examined the displayed ancient coins, as well as cones and shells. He showed great interest in learning about their origins, the regions they were collected from, and their historical significance. Assistant Professor of History, Dr. Dharma, provided detailed information about the coins.

    Speaking at the event, Additional SP Rameshwar praised the organizers for arranging such an exhibition. He said that events like these help students understand the importance and uniqueness of ancient coins. He also emphasized the need to study history, as it helps people learn from past experiences and shape the present and future.

    The event was attended by College Principal Y. Krishnaiah, Vice Principal Dr. Dharma, History Assistant Professor Hajira Parveen, faculty members, staff, and students.
