    Nagarkurnool District Transport Officer (DTO), Chinna Balu Nayak, has been honored with an honorary doctorate for his research on coal-based fly ash. He conducted this research under the guidance of Professor R. Rajendra in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Osmania University. His study focused on testing the performance of disk brakes made from metal matrix composite materials.

    Chinna Balu Nayak comes from a small village called Yetirajathanda in the Suryapet district, which was previously part of Nalgonda district. Coming from a humble farming family near the Andhra Pradesh-Telangana border, he worked hard to achieve academic and professional success. Today, he is a respected government officer.

    He completed his 10th-grade education in Ramapuram and later pursued a Diploma in Automobile Engineering at the Government Polytechnic College in Hyderabad, Masab Tank.
